How do I sign up for QX?
Just tap on the link to download the app. When you open the app, the first screen you’ll see is the signup/login page. Choose the signup method best for you and you’re now a QX Member! Then go to the list of participating games and link the games you play into your account. Done! Now you can view your earned rewards, exchange them, and redeem them into cash.
Is there a cost to sign up for QX?
No, it’s completely free! The only cost you’ll incur is a small fee (3%, minimum 30 cents) to redeem QX Points into US dollars (like any exchange).
What exactly are QX Points?
It’s simply a way for QX to aggregate multiple reward exchanges into one account for you to redeem. Each QX Point equals one cent and your entire amount is 100% backed by US dollars by QX.
What are the in-game rewards I can exchange?
Each game publisher determines which rewards you earn that can be exchanged on QX. Typically, they include rewards for achieving higher game levels, gameplay activity, viewing in-games ads, tournament winnings, and more.
How do I link a QX participating game into my QX account?
The publisher of the game you’re playing has a link within the game to add it to your account. Tap on that link and the game will automatically be listed in your app. Same goes for other participating games on QX. If you see a game you’re not playing on the list, just tap and you’ll be directed to the link to add it to your account.
What if a game I like isn’t listed on QX?
Just contact us and we’ll do everything we can to get them onboard!
